El registro y el inicio de sesión son necesarios para enviar elementos en línea y para comprobar el estado de los envíos recientes. Ir a Iniciar sesión a una cuenta existente o Registrar una nueva cuenta.

Lista de comprobación para la preparación de envíos

Como parte del proceso de envío, los autores/as están obligados a comprobar que su envío cumpla todos los elementos que se muestran a continuación. Se devolverán a los autores/as aquellos envíos que no cumplan estas directrices.
  • El envío es original: no ha sido publicado previamente ni enviado a otra revista. (Esta revista sólo publica artículos originales. Los autores garantizan la originalidad de su trabajo y la ausencia de plagio en su texto, incluido el autoplagio o la publicación duplicada)
  • El texto no contiene declaraciones difamatorias, ilegales, obscenas, invasivas de la privacidad de otra persona, odiosas, racial o éticamente objetables, abusivas, amenazantes, dañinas o cualquier declaración contra la ley.
  • El archivo enviado está en formato Microsoft Word, RTF u Open Office. Según plantilla
  • El resumen en español e inglés cuenta con los siguientes subepígrafes: Introducción, Metodología, Resultados, Discusión y Conclusiones.
  • El manuscrito incluye los siguientes elementos:
    - Título (no más de 20 palabras)
    - Resumen (150-200 palabras).
    - Entre 5 y 8 palabras.
    - Imágenes y fotografías de excelente calidad, por lo que la publicación del trabajo no se retrasará por este motivo.
  • La bibliografía está en APA 7ma edición. Siempre que sea posible, se proporcionará el DOI para las referencias electrónicas o su URL. Las URL de más de una línea se acortarán con cualquiera de los programas gratuitos existentes en la web.
  • No hay referencias en la sección de Referencias que no estén citadas en el texto. (Esta condición se agrega para evitar la inflación innecesaria de la bibliografía)
  • El documento anonimizado está libre de datos que identifiquen al autor y coautores. (He comprobado que la opción 'Archivo > Propiedades' del documento de Word no contiene ninguna información que identifique al autor y los coautores).
  • Se incluyen en el OJS a todos los co-autores del artículo. La revista no se hará responsable de los metadatos consignados en su artículo. Deberá asegurarse de introducir los nombres de sus co-autores correctamente, según el orden de firma, incluyendo sus afiliaciones, mails, orcid y resumen biográfico. De lo contrario, los nombres de los coautores no registrados no aparecerán junto al del autor cuando se publique el artículo.

Directrices para autores/as

General Requirements

  • Only editable files such as Microsoft Word or Open Office will be accepted. PDF files will not be accepted for review.    
  • Authors should ensure the accuracy of the quotes, charts, tables and maps.    
  • Spelling can vary according to national usage, but should be internally consistent.    
  • Keywords are very important for search engine positioning. To achieve a better dissemination of the work, please make sure your keywords are clear and precise.

Format Requirements

  • The manuscript should be written using Times New Roman, size 12p, single space.
  • The manuscript should not include neither the name of the authors, nor the institution for which they work, nor their biographies.   
  • Graphics and images should be clear and easy to see. We can not improve the quality of images.    
  • All images, graphics and tables must be accompanied by a title and a source.    
  • All images, graphs and tables should be placed where they will appear in the text.    
  • Avoid using advanced functions of Word, such as:                      

                     a) Colored fonts and backgrounds.                     

                     b) Drawing objects.                     

                     c) Automatic tables of contents and indexes.                     

                     d) Fields.                     

                     e) Bookmarks.                     

                     f) Highlights, reliefs, shadows, and other complex functions of Word.

                     g) Forms.

Bibliographic References

The references in the text must follow an abbreviated format (Author, Year: pp.), The full reference list shall appear at the end of the article. Footnotes will be used to clarify or expand some explanations. They shall be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals, letter of 8p. size, and full justification. Efforts should be made to minimize the number of footnotes. 

Whenever possible, include the DOI for each article in the bibliographic list, and indicate the URL if the cited work is open access. The citation style chosen by this journal is the APA's (American Psychological Association). 

The list of references should appear at the end, letter size 10p., single-space, with no blank lines between authors. References should look as follows:

The author may divide, where appropriate, the REFERENCES section in smaller sections such as Webography or Primary Sources (ancient, medieval writings).

Editorial Quality

  • The peer review process is rigorous in order to ensure the quality of the content published in the journal. We expect the authors to revise their texts following the suggestions of the evaluators. If the authors do not perform such reviews and do not submit comments back, the manuscript will be definitely rejected.    
  • Some manuscripts may be of excellent quality, but be poorly written in English. This may be the case for authors whose native language is not English. When we receive a negative review on communicative quality, we may ask the author to resubmit a new version of the article. We cannot help the authors to re-write the content.
